What does MYZ Appliances sell?

We supply a wide range of Fridge, Freezer, Stove, Oven, Aircon, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble Dryer, Vaccuum, Kettle, Urn and other home appliance spare parts.

Do you sell to the public or trade only?

We supply both trade customers and the general public. Whether you’re a technician, repair centre, or DIY customer — we’ve got you covered.

Where are you based?

We are based in Gauteng, and supply customers nationwide across South Africa.

🚚 Orders & Delivery

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes — we ship nationwide via courier.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched same day if payment reflects before 12:00 PM.
Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.

Do you offer same-day collection?

Yes — orders can be collected from our store once they are ready.

Can I send my own courier?

Yes — but you must provide a waybill in PDF format before collection.
👉 No waybill = no release of goods.

What time do couriers collect?

Couriers typically collect at around 14:00 daily, so please ensure everything is arranged before then.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Will my order be processed before payment reflects?

No — all orders are only processed once payment has cleared.

Do you keep stock?

🔁 Returns & Warranty

Can I return a part if I ordered incorrectly?

Yes — returns are accepted within 7 working days, provided:

• Item is unused

• In original packaging

• In resalable condition

A handling fee (up to 20%) may apply.

Do you accept returns on electrical parts?

Electrical and electronic parts are not returnable unless:

• They are faulty

• AND accompanied by a qualified technician’s report

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes — most products carry a 6-month manufacturing defect warranty, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

What is not covered under warranty?

Warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation

• Misuse or abuse

• Electrical damage (power surges, incorrect wiring)

• Normal wear and tear

No — we do not install parts.
We strongly recommend using a qualified technician.

We can assist with guidance, but we recommend proper diagnosis by a professional technician before purchasing parts.
